Pricing and Payment

Warranty

OnePlus Private Mobile Repair center provides a limited warranty on the repairs conducted. The warranty period and terms will be specified based on the nature of the repair. The warranty covers the specific parts and services provided but does not extend to any other issues that may arise after the repair.

Customer Responsibilities

Repair Process

 Upon agreement to proceed with the repair, OnePlus Private Mobile repair Center will conduct the necessary repairs at the customer’s location. The customer or an authorized representative must be present during the repair process.

CancellationPolicy

Customers may cancel a service request at any time before the repair process begins. If the technician has already started the repair, a cancellation fee 299/-Rs may apply.

Refund Policy

Refunds are provided in accordance with our warranty terms. If the repaired device experiences the same issue covered by the warranty within the specified period, OnePlus Private Mobile Repair center will reevaluate and, if necessary, re-repair the device at no additional cost.

Customer Satisfaction

Limitation of Liability
